Northern Ireland Stick Carvers Club

  • The NISCC was formed in 2003 by a group of local stick carvers in the Armagh/ Down area.
  • The club has been modelled on similar stick making groups throughout Britain. The objectives of the club are fairly simple thus:
  • To promote the craft of stick making and crook making
  • To extend fellowship among the members
  • To organise stick making competitions
  • To demonstrate the craft at Shows

Membership of the club is open to anyone, male or female. Although there is no geographical limit to membership, current members are mainly situated within a fifteen mile radius of Banbridge.
